PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet curable hydrogel resin for transdermal administration, a gel which is an ultraviolet curable product of the resin, and a cataplasma agent capable of adjusting drug release and transdermal absorbability using the same. A hydrophilic polymer of 5 to 60% by weight, an active ingredient of 0.1 to 15% by weight, a wetting agent of 0.6 to 80% by weight, a solvent of 13.5 to 90% by weight, and a transdermal permeation accelerator 0.
