A method of using Igurathi mode or a salt thereof and at least one kind of immunosuppressive drug is useful as a treatment method of autoimmune diseases with reduced side effects and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same is useful for treatment of autoimmune diseases. The method and the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention are useful for treatment of more severe autoimmune diseases.
