DOUBLE STRUCTURE PACKAGING FILM WITH NON-SLIP FUNCTION AND SEALABILITY, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND PACKAGING PAPER USING SAME

A packaging film of the present invention comprises: an inner film layer which is in direct contact with an article to be packaged, forms an inner surface of a packaging paper, and is made of a material which is easily slidable for ease of packaging; and an outer film layer which forms an outer surface of the packaging paper, and is made of a material which is not slidable for stability during loading. A manufacturing method of the packaging film comprises the following steps: mixing a composition of raw materials; supplying the raw materials; supplying the raw materials to a molding machine under a high-temperature and a high-pressure; expanding and stretching the packaging film; laminating the inner film layer and the outer film layer; smoothing laminated inner film layer and outer film layer; corona discharge heat treating of the laminated inner film layer and outer film layer; stretching an intermediate packaging film; splitting the packaging film; and winding the packaging film. According to the present invention, putting articles into the inside of the packaging film becomes easy, and by including a non-slip agent at the outside of the packing film to prevent slip during loading, time for packaging the articles is reduced and loading many bulky articles is possible.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
