Circuit for providing supply voltage. A voltage regulator is connected to receive the target reference signal. The voltage regulator is connected to generate the supply voltage Vtt and receive the supply voltage as an input signal. The upper limit comparator receives the upper voltage signal and the supply voltage higher than the target reference voltage signal and generates a "too high" signal when the supply voltage exceeds the upper threshold. The lower bound comparator receives the lower voltage signal and the supply voltage lower than the target reference voltage signal and generates a "too low" signal when the supply voltage is below the lower threshold. The pull-up current source is connected to pull up the supply voltage in response to a signal that is too low. The pull-down current source is connected to pull down the supply voltage in response to a signal that is too high.
