A power supply apparatus inside a nuclear reactor building in an emergency according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a turbine unit which is installed inside the nuclear reactor building and rotates by using natural convection generated due to a temperature difference inside the building in the event of a nuclear accident; a power generating unit which produces power by using the rotational force of the turbine unit; and a power transmission unit which transmits the power produced by the power generating unit to a device inside the nuclear reactor building. Accordingly, the present invention can secure the safety of a nuclear reactor by supplying minimum power to the device inside the nuclear reactor building using the natural convection.
