This report, Reevaluation of Station Blackout Risk at Nuclear Power Plants, contains three volumes. Volume 1 addresses the reevaluation of loss of offsite power (LOOP) events over 19862004 and efforts to generate updated LOOP frequencies and associated offsite power recovery curves. Volume 2 covers the associated station blackout (SBO) core damage risk for the 103 operating commercial nuclear power plants. Finally, Volume 3 lists the comments received on the draft volumes and their resolution. The executive summary presented below covers the SBO-related work. Volume 1 contains the executive summary for the LOOP work.
