The present invention relates to a height-adjustable bridge lifting device enabling safe replacement of an earthquake-proof bridge seat device capable of repairing or replacing the bridge seat device after lifting a bridge girder or a slab by lifting a hydraulic jacking device while maintaining the lifted state of the bridge girder or the slab and semi-automatically releasing the lifted state of the bridge girder or the slab after completing the repair or replacement of the bridge seat device. The height-adjustable bridge lifting device includes: a base member; an upper member coupled to the top of the base member to be moved upward and downward; and the hydraulic jacking device seated on the top of the base member and received inside the upper member. The upper member is composed of multiple supporting posts arranged outside of the hydraulic jacking device and a pressing plate coupled to the top of the supporting posts. A lower plate and an upper plate are coupled, and thus an internal receiving space is formed in the base member (4). Multiple through-holes through which lower ends of the supporting posts are inserted are formed in the upper plate. A height adjusting disc is composed of a disc body coupled to the upper plate or the lower plate to be able to rotate and supporting keys protruding from an outer circumference of the disc body. The height adjusting disc capable of adjusting a height of the upper member by being selectively inserted into lower parts of the supporting posts by rotation.
