The present invention relates to a photoelectric smoke detector having a double bulkhead darkroom structure. Specifically, the photoelectric smoke detector includes: a plate-shaped base having a holder in the upper part, a light emitting display accommodating unit accommodated on one side of the holder in order for a light emitting display radiating the light into the smoke detector to be mounted, and a light receiving display accommodating unit accommodated on the other side of the holder in order for a light receiving display receiving the scattering light generated due to smoke particles by the light radiated by the light emitting display to be mounted; an outer bulkhead formed in the shape of a pipe protruding from the lower surface of the base to the lower side and forming an outer wall of the smoke detector, wherein the outer bulkhead has a smoke inflow unit which the smoke flows inside through, in the lower part of the outer wall; a plate-shaped lower cross section connected to the lower end of the outer bulkhead; and an inner bulkhead formed in the shape of the pipe protruding from the upper surface of the lower cross section to the upper part and having the outer surface arranged at predetermined intervals from the inner surface of the outer bulkhead, wherein the inner bulkhead is shorter than the outer bulkhead, and a gas flow area is formed in an upper space of the inner bulkhead. The smoke flows inside through the smoke inflow unit and passes through a space between the outer bulkhead and the inner bulkhead.
