More particularly, the present invention relates to an alcohol extract which is effective for the treatment and prevention of hyperlipidemia and which can be used for the treatment and prevention of obesity, as an active ingredient. The composition comprising the alcohol extract of the mushroom white mushroom of the present invention as an active ingredient inhibits the activity of pancreatic cholesterol esterase and pancreatic lipase and can be usefully used for the treatment or prevention of hyperlipidemia.
