The present invention relates to a high-speed image acquisition system using a range gate method. A light of a laser beam generator is delayed and transmitted at a predetermined interval on the basis of a plurality of optical fibers having intervals of an optical fiber length. A gate trigger signal is generated based on the light delayed and transmitted at a predetermined interval to transmit the light to a high-speed frame camera. Therefore, a high-speed image sequentially delayed at a predetermined time interval can be quickly acquired in real time, and thus a megahertz wave image can be obtained easily.
