Various embodiments of the present invention provide plant operation safety and motor management systems using self-powered beacon scanners and vibration sensor data-based machine learning. To this end, the present invention relates to a wearable beacon tag worn by an operator; An IoT (Internet of Things) sensor including a beacon scanner installed in a process line motor in a workplace and receiving proximity information of the operator from the wearable beacon tag, and a vibration sensor collecting vibration data of the process line motor; A gate way for receiving proximity information of the operator from the IoT sensor and vibration data of the process line motor; A PLC (Programmable Logic Control) box for controlling the industrial robot to stop the operation of the industrial robot in the workplace upon receiving proximity information of the operator from the gateway; And a server for receiving and storing proximity information of the operator from the gateway and vibration data of the process line motor.
