FIELD: veterinary science.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary medicine and is intended for diagnosis of mutant allele that causes short spine syndrome or brachyspine syndrome in cattle. DNA is isolated from biological material, polymerase chain reaction is set in real time (PCR-RT) using a reaction mixture with BY.
