The technical problem solved with the help of a utility model consists in realizing the possibility of accelerated replacement of the heat-insulating filler in place, without replacement of the entire structure, and also increasing the reliability of the device by means of visual inspection of the quality of the thermal insulating filler, i.e. without additional diagnostic tools. The essence of the device: the cover 1 for the thermal insulation of objects of complex geometric shape is made of waterproof technical fabric in patterns, corresponding to the insulated surface and made in the form of a closed cavity of the covering layer 2 and an inner shell 3 which is sewn to the surface of the covering layer 2 immediately adjacent to the object. Between the cover layer 2 and the inner shell 3 there is a layer of thermal insulation 4, and on the outer side of the cover layer 2 there are rigidly connected thereto the elements 5 fixing and sealing the cover 1 on the object. The inner shell 3 is provided with a zipper 6 located along the perimeter of the seam connecting the cover layer 2 and the inner shell 3 or on the surface of the inner shell 3 to access the thermal insulation layer 4.
