FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Cutting edge assembly consists of a cutting edge, a cutting edge holder and protection of a cutting edge. Cutting edge holder is made with flexible element on the rear end. Flexible element has extending element on its end. Inner wall of the cutting edge protection has a hole for extending element. When the handle is inserted, extending element is lengthened into the hole with lateral displacement to ensure that the cutting edge and the cutting edge holder are connected. After the handle drawing extending element is displaced from the hole, and it is not able to perform lateral displacement, that prevents to connect the handle repeatedly. First guide channel of the cutting edge holder is made with the first front locking channel on the front end. Locking channel is located in the front part of the first front locking channel. After using scalpel the first ledge of protection of the cutting edge falls into locking channel for transition into closed state.;EFFECT: problem of scalpel cutting edge reutilization is completely eliminated.;9 cl, 17 dwg
