METHOD OF MAKING ESOPHAGOGASTROANASTOMOSIS IN PATIENTS WITH PORTAL HYPERTENSION

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and surgery. Endoscopic ultrasonography is made in preoperative period, organ wall thickness, length of submucosal veins and their diameter are determined. In sections of front wall of stomach within cardia and in area of middle third of stomach body tissue volume and common vascular volumes are calculated. Vascular density of section of stomach wall is calculated in percent as ratio of total blood volume to volume of tissues. For applying of esophagogastroanastomosis section is selected with density less than 50 %.
