FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: method for enhancement of food composition taste attractiveness includes adding a flavoring agent with egg and chicken taste to the food composition. The flavoring agent is a mixture of chicken and egg proteins obtained by enzymatic cleavage of protein-containing waste by digestion products (digest), and is applied onto a carrier, which is corn gluten meal. Egg and chicken flavoring agent is added to the food compositions in the amount from about 2.5% to about 30 wt %. The food composition comprising one or more edible ingredients combined with the egg and chicken flavoring agent is placed into containers.
