The mixture obtained at the first stage is subjected to hydrogenation, until the iodine number is at most 10. Hydrogenated fat characterized in that it is obtained as described above. A method for obtaining an oil and fat product, characterized in that it comprises adding vegetable oil(s) to the above hydrogenated fat to achieve the mixture iodine number 50÷110 and the mixture melting point of 40÷50°C, and performing the transesterification.
