FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: method of producing of immobiilzed bilayer vesicles by treating of cationic carrier by suspension of anionic bilayer vesicles in the aqueous medium. In the proposed method, the carrier and/or immobilizing vesicles comprise covalently bound polyethylene glycol (PEG).
