The invention relates to a closure 1 with a sealing element 202 for a container filled with fluid, with a second element 100 and a first element 300 for receiving the second element 100. The first element 300 and the second element 100 are mutually opposed from a first position displaceable in a second position, wherein in the first position, the sealing element 202 is intact and wherein in the second position, the sealing element 202 is pierced by the second element 100. At least one control element 140 is attached to the closure, by means of which it can be seen whether the second element 100 is still in the starting position. In this case, the at least one control element 140 is irreversibly changed by displacement of the second element 100 against the first element 300.
