A fixed-wing vertical take-off and landing aircraft device capable of providing a transition in horizontal flight and heading into space without the aid of control surfaces. The device consists of a cell (1), a fixed wing (2) intended to ensure the lift of the aircraft in the horizontal flight part, a tailplane (3), a set of thrusters ( 4), (5), (6) and (7) to a minimum of 3 but more generally 4, the individual control of which can steer the aircraft in space without resorting to traditional movable planes. The device according to the invention is particularly suitable for drone-type aircraft having to take off and land in places of limited size, fixed or mobile, while having good performance of range between the take-off and landing points.
