PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for changing a conventional self-sustained horizontal taking-off/landing type aircraft to a hybrid, integration, self-sustained vertical taking-off/landing and horizontal flight type aircraft.;SOLUTION: The change system is provided, which is provided with a hydraulic propulsion system fed with motive power by an engine of the aircraft for operating at least one blade rotor 1 used in vertical taking-off/landing and transferring stage in addition to a propulsion system already provided on the aircraft; and at least one auxiliary engine 2 provided on a rear part and/or a lower part of the aircraft, gradually inclinable between two limitation positions, i.e., a vertical position and a horizontal position and rotatable making a pivot shaft as a center. A standard propulsion means of the aircraft is made non-operable during vertical taking-off/landing and transferring and is operated during self-sustained horizontal flight.
