The present invention relates to a device for securing (1) a first panel, such as in particular a heat exchanger (2) to a face (30) of a second panel, such as in particular a photovoltaic panel (3). It is characterized in that it comprises a member provided with resilient return means movable between a passive position and an active position corresponding to the position of use of the securing device (1), and, secondly, means assembly of said member to said first panel or said second panel, said assembly means being adapted to place the elastic return means in their active position in which, in its position of use, said securing device (1) exerts on said first panel (2) placed against the face (30) of the second panel (3) a force oriented towards said second panel (3). The invention also relates to a hybrid solar system obtained using such a securing device, as well as to a method for obtaining such a hybrid solar system by means of such a securing device.
