The present invention relates to a composition, in particular a cosmetic composition, comprising (a) at least one organic anti-UV filter present in an encapsulated form; and (b) at least one dispersion, in a non-aqueous medium containing at least one hydrocarbon oil, of particles of at least one polymer, the particles being surface-stabilized with a stabilizing agent; the polymer of the particles: (i) being a polymer or copolymer of (C 1 -C 4) alkyl (meth) acrylate; (ii) being present in the composition in a content ranging from 1 to 10% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition; and (iii) having a glass transition temperature of less than 150 ° C; the stabilizing agent being a polymer of isobornyl (meth) acrylate, as well as its implementation.
