Mounting system for installing a child support accessory on a stroller frame

A mounting system includes at least one mounting fixture (140) affixed on a stroller frame (102), and a connector (210) affixed on a child support accessory (200). The connector (210) can be inserted into the mounting fixture for locking the child support accessory (200) in position on the stroller frame (102). The connector can lock with the mounting fixture in either of a rearward or forward facing configuration of the child support accessory. The construction of the stroller frame (102) is such that it can be conveniently collapsed with the child support accessory installed thereon. Examples of the child support accessory can include a stroller seat module, a support adapter for carrycot or bassinet, and the like.
