The invention provides an application program sharing method and an application program sharing device. The application program sharing method comprises the following steps of establishing WLAN (wireless local area network) connection between source equipment with a shared application program and target equipment without the application program; starting the shared application program of the source equipment after the source equipment receives a shared application program joining-up request transmitted from the target equipment; generating a window instance of the shared application program for the target equipment; and transmitting a window generated in a running process of the shared application program to the target equipment in real time. By the application program sharing method and the application program sharing device, the application program only needs to be started on the source equipment, the window in the running process of the application program is transmitted to the target equipment in real time by the source equipment, the application program does not need to be installed on the target equipment, and resources and network flow of the target equipment are saved.
