Disclosed is an adjustment method for an equalizer coefficient, comprising: using coefficients of an equalizer to obtain a corresponding jones matrix; using the jones matrix to obtain a parameter of the jones matrix; using the parameter of the jones matrix to adjust a coefficient of an X axis polarization state or a Y axis polarization state in the coefficients when it is determined that the coefficients have singularity characteristics, or using two coefficients of an X axis or a Y axis polarization state in the equalizer coefficients to determine energy corresponding to each of the coefficients of the X axis or Y axis polarization state under each order of a filter in the equalizer; and using the energy corresponding to each of the coefficients of the X axis or Y axis polarization state under each order of the filter to adjust a central position of a coefficient tap of the X axis or Y axis polarization state of the equalizer when it is determined that the coefficient tap of the X axis or Y axis polarization state of the equalizer deviates from the central position. Also disclosed are an adjustment device for an equalizer coefficient and a computer storage medium at the same time.
