Integrated system (100) for the acquisition and contemporary reconstruction of the images and of the 3D model of a document comprising: - At least one acquisition block (101) of the images and of the 3D model of the document; - At least one block (102) for recording captured images; and - At least one block (106) for improvement of the reconstructed image of the document. The acquisition block (101) comprises a first acquisition block (101A) configured to perform multispectral acquisition of the document and send the scanned images to the block (102) and a second acquisition block (101B) configured to perform the 3D acquisition of the document and to send it to a further block (103) for the three-dimensional reconstruction of the document.
