The present invention relates to a generator of pulsed jets of medium and high pressure, comprising an enclosure defining an interior chamber, a pressurized gas inlet for receiving gas under pressure for pressurizing the interior chamber, a flexible bag containing a medical liquid disposed within the interior chamber, a hydraulic sequencer comprising an inlet conduit in fluid communication with the flexible bag, an outlet conduit, a hydraulic closure between the inlet duct and the outlet duct, and a flexible deformable container between the inlet conduit and the outlet conduit, a control means for controlling the operation of the hydraulic valve controlling the passage of fluid into the container deformable flexible and an outer connecting line for connecting the outlet conduit fluidly to a device outside the enclosure, where the enclosure includes a main enclosure and one of the main enclosure closure lid, and the lid comprises an outer casing which houses the control means, and wherein the pressurization of the interior chamber pressurizes the medical liquid in the flexible bag, causing the discharge by the flexible bag of medical liquid under pressure downstream, to the device through the hydraulic sequencer and the outer connecting duct.
