PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a lending instruction and a deposit instruction of a game value, and a withdrawal instruction even in places other than game facilities.;SOLUTION: A game value management system includes: a game value managing device for managing information on a game value that is a physical medium or an electronic medium consumed by a game device, and is deposited in game facilities in which the game device is installed, and for updating the information on the game value based on the depositing or withdrawal of the game value; and a game value management server for receiving update pattern designation information for designating an update patter of the information on the game value managed by the game value managing device via a user terminal.
