PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel internal structure having a flexible structure capable of simplifying the construction work of the tunnel internal structure, and a construction method of the tunnel internal structure.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a tunnel internal structure including: at least one or plural gate shaped blocks which includes a pair of leg parts disposed so as to face each other, and a top plate supported by the pair of leg parts; and an invert block which has plural grooves for supporting lower end parts of the plural leg parts.
