PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum chamber-forming device for weld leak testing, which is light-weight and is free from the risk of having vacuum leakage from packing.;SOLUTION: A vacuum chamber-forming device 1 for weld leak testing comprises packing 3 that surrounds at least a portion of a surface of a weld W, and a packing fixture 7 having a structure configured to fix the packing 3 and transform at least a space surrounded by the packing 3 into a vacuum chamber 5 that can be vacuumized. The packing 3 comprises a hollow annular body 31, and an annular groove 4 that is open toward an outer periphery 33 of the annular body 31 not facing the vacuum chamber 5 and an inner periphery 35 of the annular body 31, and continuously extends in a circumferential direction of the annular body 31.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
