PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an item purchase method and item purchase system that provide a client who intends to sell items with an adequately offer and perform active communication between a seller and a purchaser to ensure smooth purchase, and also take take-off of items into consideration to increase a purchase achievement.;SOLUTION: The item purchase method for, in response to a purchase request for purchased items from a customer, offering another related purchased item related to the purchased item, includes the steps of causing a purchase server to: obtain attribute information of the customer; obtain item information indicating an attribute of the purchased item; obtain purchase information related to the purchased item from a purchase database storing information on past transaction cases; and send a purchase condition including a purchase offer for the related purchased item to the customer based on the attribute information of the customer, the item information and the purchase information, wherein the purchase information is formed based on attribute information of a past customer and item information on an item the customer has wanted to purchase, a purchase condition offered at that time, and contents of an agreement of a purchase contract.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
