PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroslag welding method of plural electrodes with which weld penetration failure hardly occurs.;SOLUTION: A first DC voltage V1 is applied between a first welding wire 6 and weld metal 22, and a second DC voltage V2 with reverse polarity of the first DC voltage V1 is applied between a second welding wire 8 and the weld metal 22, in order to electrify slag 28 containing melted flux in a weld metal forming gap so that the slag 28 is heated, and thereby fuse the first welding wire 6, the second welding wire 8, and a base material. Preferably, the first welding wire 6 is disposed on a root side of a groove, the second welding wire 8 is disposed on an opening side of the groove, the first DC voltage V1 is negative voltage, and the second DC voltage V2 is positive voltage.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
