PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meander forecasting system and a meander forecasting method capable of predicting a meander to occur an actual rolling time more precisely, and a rolling machine operator supporting method using said meander forecasting method.;SOLUTION: In a meander forecasting system, the feeding direction D3 and the feeding position of a plate 2 are restricted by an upstream roll 15 arranged on the upstream side of a tandem type roller 10, and a meander at the time when the plate 2 is rolled by a pair of rolling rolls 11, 12 is predicted, while a tension is applied between the upstream roll 15 and the rolling rolls 11, 12 to the plate 2 advancing between the rolling rolls 11, 12 of a tandem type roller 10.
