PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transmitter, an integrated circuit, a detection unit, and a method of testing the integrated circuit, with which it is possible to improve test accuracy relating to the transmitter, the integrated circuit, the detection unit, and the method of testing the integrated circuit.SOLUTION: An integrated circuit according to the present invention comprises: a transmission circuit for transmitting a milliwave signal; a detection unit for detecting the milliwave signal; an output terminal connected to the output of the transmission circuit by a first wiring; a detection terminal provided in adjacency to the output terminal and connected to the input of the detection unit by a second wiring; a first ground terminal provided in adjacency to the output terminal and connected to the transmission circuit by a first ground wiring, for grounding the transmission circuit to earth; and a second ground terminal provided in adjacency to the detection terminal and connected to the detection unit by a second ground wiring, for grounding the detection unit to earth, the first ground wiring and second ground wiring being arranged around the first wiring and second wiring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
