PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tatami mat tile having a thin shape and excellent adhesion and durability on the outer peripheral edge and the side surface of a tatami mat tile and a method for manufacturing the tatami mat tile.;SOLUTION: In the tatami mat tile 1 having a base layer 10 which is made of a synthetic resin, a felt layer 20 positioned on a surface side of the base layer 10, a tatami surface layer 30 located on the surface side of the felt layer 20, and an adhesive layer 40 composed of a synthetic resin with which the base layer 10 and the felt layer 20 are bonded and also with which the felt layer 20 and the tatami surface layer 30 are bonded. The tatami mat tile 1 has a burr part 2a at an outer peripheral edge part 2 thereof and the tatami mat tile 1 has a thickness of 3 mm or more and 10 mm or less, and the burr part 2a has a thickness of 0.5 mm or more and 5 mm or less, and a width of 0.01 mm or more and 1 mm or less, and the burr part 2a is made by thermocompression bonding of the base layer 10, the felt layer 20, the adhesive layer 40 and the tatami surface layer 30.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
