PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unconventional and novel olive oil beverage capable of suppressing astringent taste or difficulty of drinking specific to an olive oil and smoothly being taken into ordinary life, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: It is found that astringent taste or difficulty of drinking specific to an olive oil can be suppressed by stably dispersing a specific amount of a fluidity beverage in the olive oil. In other words, there is provided an olive oil beverage to which a fluidity beverage of 0.5 to 150 pts.mass based on 1 pts.mass of the olive oil, if needed 0.001 to 0.05 pts.mass of polysaccharides or an emulsifier and foods can be added, and which can be drunk with dilution or as straight.SELECTED DRAWING: None
