PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FRP structure, a superstructure of a vessel, and a method for constructing the superstructure of the vessel, that are capable of reducing the amount of used FRP and molding cost while maintaining strength.;SOLUTION: An FRP structure 1 for constructing a superstructure mounted on an upper deck of a vessel by using an FRP sandwich panel 10 has a skeleton structure 20 which is assembled by an H-shaped metallic material (long metallic member having flat part 21f abuttable against surface 12 of FRP sandwich panel 10) 21.
