PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To level loads on medical workers in charge of patients and medical appliances used by the patients.;SOLUTION: A person-in-charge determining unit 26, with reference to a history of past treatment for a patient (dialysis information table (treatment information)) and a history of warning information issued by a medical appliance during the treatment to the patient (dialysis information table (dialysis apparatus information)), calculates an individual point for each patient (S10), and calculates, based on the calculated individual point, a group point for each of bed groups (S20).
