PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in which: powder of crushed brown rice has high viscosity and is difficult to use like wheat flour or rice flour; in addition, the crushed brown rice powder has poor preservation stability and is difficult to preserve for a long period of time.;SOLUTION: The present invention provides brown rice powder that has a 50% particle size of 5 to 500 μm, is tested and proved negative for coliform, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Salmonellas, and has a spore number of 300/g or less.
