PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical lens with an outer cylinder that hardly causes a position shift of laser light when used in a laser ignition device.;SOLUTION: An optical lens with an outer cylinder 1 used in a laser ignition device comprises an outer cylinder 2, and an optical lens 3 arranged in the outer cylinder 2. The optical lens 3 comprises a first lens part 4 provided on the incident side of laser light and consisting of a concave lens, and a second lens part 5 provided on the emitting side of laser light and consisting of a convex lens.
