PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard currency delivery device capable of reducing the frequency at which coins such as hard currencies are clogged on a rotation disk.;SOLUTION: The hard currency delivery device includes a rotation disk 3 that transports a coin 14 by means of a protrusion 12, a limiting member 17 that limits the passage of the coin 14, a discharge detection sensor SE4 that detects delivery of the coin, and a delivery failure detection sensor (SE4, SE1) for the coin 14. The control device exerts control of causing the rotation disk 3 to normally rotate, specifying the position of the protrusion 12 with respect to the limiting member 17 on the basis of an output signal of the discharge detection sensor SE4, stopping the normal rotation of the rotation disk 3 after a predetermined stop time, and causing a reverse rotation of the rotation disk 3 for solving a delivery failure to start at that stop position.
