PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a strong alkaline electrolyzed water which prevents a short pass of an electrolytic solution in an electrolytic cell of an electrolytic apparatus which generates a strong alkaline electrolyzed water and increases electrolytic efficiency to shorten the manufacturing time.;SOLUTION: In the production of a strong alkaline electrolyzed water, an anode chamber is divided into two chambers so that the internal volume of the anode chamber farther from a diaphragm is made to be more than 1 time the internal volume of the closer anode chamber, and furthermore, a partition plate is placed so that the farther anode chamber is divided into the electrolyte inlet side and the outlet side, the position of the partition plate is close to the inlet side, and the anode electrode is a perforated electrode plate through which the electrolytic solution can pass.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
