PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery residual amount adjustment apparatus capable of boosting voltage without using a large component such as a coil and capable of adjusting residual amounts of a first accumulator and a second accumulator.SOLUTION: A residual amount adjustment apparatus includes a booster circuit 4 for boosting voltage of a first accumulator 1 and supplying the boosted power to a second accumulator 2 to adjust residual amounts of the first accumulator 1 and the second accumulator 2. The booster circuit 4 includes: an accumulation circuit including a first capacitor for storing power of the first accumulator 1; a path changeover switch 41a for switching a path connecting one-end portion and the other end portion of the accumulation circuit to a cathode and an anode of the first accumulator 1 and a path connecting the one-end portion to the cathode of the second accumulator 2 and connecting the other end portion to the cathode of the first accumulator 1; and a control unit for controlling operation of the path changeover switch so that respective paths are alternately and repeatedly switched.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
