PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably and easily producing a porous base material made of a heparin-containing bioabsorbable polymer without using surfactants and also without depending on the production lots and article-numbers of raw material heparin, a porous base material made of a heparin-containing bioabsorbable polymer, and an artificial blood vessel.;SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a porous base material made of a heparin-containing bioabsorbable polymer comprising: a solution preparation step where, using a bioabsorbable polymer, heparin, polyethylene glycol, a solvent 1 having solubility relatively lower than that of the bioabsorbable polymer, a solvent 2 having solubility relatively high than that of the bioabsorbable polymer and also not compatible with the solvent 1 and a cosolvent 3 compatible with the solvent 1 and the solvent 2, a heparin-bioabsorbable polymer solution uniformly dispersed with the heparin and also dissolved with the bioabsorbable polymer is prepared; a precipitation step where the heparin-bioabsorbable polymer solution is cooled to precipitate a porous body made of the heparin-containing bioabsorbable polymer; and a lyophilization step where the porous body consisting of the heparin-containing bioabsorbable polymer is subjected to lyophilization to obtain a heparin-containing porous base material.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
