PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed circulation filtration aquaculture system that can sufficiently supply oxygen gas necessary for nitrification in a biological filtration device.;SOLUTION: A closed circulation filtration aquaculture system is provided by arranging a breeding aquarium for breeding fish and shellfish, a gas-liquid mixed water generation device for generating gas-liquid mixed water obtained by mixing oxygen gas in the breeding water, and a biological filtration device for performing biological filtration processing of the breeding water discharged from the breeding aquarium, in a circulation flow path for circulating the breeding water. The gas-liquid mixed water generation device comprises a mixing unit for forming the oxygen gas into bubbles of a nano-level to be mixed in the breeding water. The mixing unit has an inflow port and an outflow port, and the oxygen gas and the breeding water as a fluid are made to flow from an inflow port side toward an outflow port side while meandering, and thereby it is constituted so that the gas-liquid mixed water may be generated.
