PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method capable of producing more power from a solar cell board having a fixed area.SOLUTION: A technique regarding a solar light generation device and a solar light generation method utilizing a photoelectric effect comprises: a frame; a solar cell board disposed on the frame such that a light reception surface is vertical to an incidence direction of solar light with the sun in the back; at least two plane mirrors that are disposed on the frame to reflect incident solar light to a light reception surface of the solar cell board; a solar light tracking system for tracking solar light such that the light reception surface of the solar cell board is vertical to the solar light incidence direction by rotating the frame biaxially; and a post for supporting the frame and the solar light tracking system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
