CONTINUOUS FRICTION-WEAR TEST METHOD AND CONTINUOUS FRICTION-WEAR TESTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous friction-wear tester capable of properly proceeding with a wear test.;SOLUTION: A continuous friction-wear test wears a test piece 12 by friction. A belt-like friction material 13 is unwound from an unwinding roller 16 on which the friction material 13 is wound, and then is wound by a winding roller 18. Between the unwinding roller 16 and the winding roller 18 in a path of the friction material 13 unwound from the unwinding roller 16 to the winding roller 18 so as to move in one direction, a receiving roller 22 is caused to come into contact with one side of the friction material 13 while the test piece 12 is caused to come into contact with the other side of the friction material 13. In addition, the test piece 12 is held to a sample stage 23 in such a way that the test piece 12 is pressed with a predetermined load against the receiving roller 22 from the other side of the friction material 13 moving in one direction.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
