PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various types of multi-functional squat training machines that satisfy needs of various exercise amount and exercise intensity, and are suitable for use by each user having various body types and body functions.;SOLUTION: A multi-functional squat training machine includes a main frame 10, a support unit 20 pivoted in the middle part of the main frame 10, and a grip unit 30 pivoted in the front end of the main frame 10. The main frame 10 has a base frame 11, and a support frame 12 for supporting the base frame 11 and diagonally installed in the ground. Grounding steps 15 grounded to the ground are provided on both sides of the main frame 10, respectively. A damper base is pivoted in the rear of a pivotally mounting place of the support unit 12 of the base frame 11.
