PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional shape measurement device and a coating device capable of reducing costs.;SOLUTION: A three-dimensional shape measurement device 20 includes: a range sensor 21 configured to emit detection light L radially toward a coated object 40 while rotating, and receive detection light L reflected from the coated object 40, thereby detecting a distance between itself and the coated object 40; and reflection members 31, 32 configured to reflect detection light L between the range sensor 21 and the coated object 40. Toward regions B1 to B3 as a dead angle viewed from the range sensor 21 out of the coated object 40, detection light L reflected from the reflection members 31, 32 is radiated, and detection light L reflected from the coated object 40 is reflected on the reflection members 31, 32 and then received at the range sensor 21, thereby detecting distances of the regions B1 to B3 as the dead angle with the reflection members 31, 32.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
